Integrations

Vic runs on the stack you already have.

Vic reads, writes, and reconciles across your TMS, ELD, maintenance, and communications tools, working inside the systems your team already runs. No migration, just an API.

The Integration Layer 01

One stack.
One workflow layer.

Vic uses your existing systems as the source of truth, then brings the work into one operational layer. Lookups, order entry, driver updates, maintenance checks, and exceptions can all pull from the same connected stack.

Systems stay in place · Vic does the cross-system work Don't see your system? We can connect it.
How it connects

Connected in days, not quarters

Vic plugs into the systems you already run, keeps them in sync, and writes work back where your team expects to find it.

Connect

Vic links to your TMS, telematics, maintenance, and comms tools through the APIs and integrations they already expose. No new portal, no data migration, no rip-and-replace.

Sync

Vic reads the live state across every system (loads, positions, hours of service, work orders, documents, and messages) and keeps them current in real time as work moves.

Reconcile

Vic writes updates back where they belong and reconciles mismatches across systems, fixing the data when it's wrong, with every action logged on an audit trail.

Questions

Integration questions, answered

Do we have to replace our TMS or migrate data?
No. Vic works inside the systems you already run. It connects through existing APIs and integrations, reads and writes where your team already works, and leaves your systems of record exactly where they are. There's nothing to rip out and no migration to manage.
How does Vic connect to our systems?
Through the APIs and integrations your TMS, telematics/ELD, maintenance, and communications tools already expose. Most live integrations connect with credentials and a few configuration choices, with no engineering project on your side.
What if our system isn't on the list?
If a system exposes an API, we build the integration, fast. The directory shows what's live today and what's on the build path; tell us what you run and we'll scope a connection. Custom and in-house TMS platforms are common here.
Does Vic write back to our systems, or only read?
Both. Vic reads the live state, writes updates back where work belongs, and reconciles mismatches across systems. You set the guardrails for what it can write on its own versus stage for approval, and every action is logged on an audit trail.
Is our data secure across these connections?
Access is governed by role-based controls and SSO, scoped to only the systems and actions you enable, and every read and write is auditable. Hyperscale maintains enterprise security and privacy practices. See Trust & Security for current certifications.
How long until we're connected and live?
Most teams connect their core systems and start shadowing within the first couple of weeks. You stay in approval mode for as long as you want, and coverage expands as you sign off on the patterns.

Bring the systems you run today. We'll connect a sandbox, show you what Vic reads and writes across them, and where it reconciles the work, running as one layer over the tools you already have.
